Oracle Hospitality Opera Sales and Event Management is a cloud-based mobile-enabled solution for hotels and resorts. I provided script editing and voice-over for this case study.

Today it's critical for financial services companies to maintain a human connection with customers and to be the trusted advisor for every step of their financial journey. I provided script revision and the voice-over for this case study.

I have had the absolute pleasure of working very closely with Ken Glynn over a period of 4 years. We have collaborated on a number of Customer, Field, and Partner enablement videos. He is tremendously skilled at grasping complex content and transforming it into impactful videos. Oracle CX delivers intelligent and connected interactions at every customer touch point, leveraging AI Apps for CX, Marketing, Commerce, and Engagement history. On this case study, I served as script/video editor and voice-over artist.

Here's a fun walk through on a customer’s journey with the Supremo brand where our Oracle creative team examined how AI Apps for Smarter CX powers the experience. I served as script/video editor and voice-over artist on this one. The bright red text boxes were required in the brand palette at the time.

Residents of Oakes, North Dakota were experiencing high levels of environmental arsenic in their drinking water. I adapted this case study for presentation by gathering photos from this community to demonstrate the use of point-of-use reverse osmosis treatment in drinking water. The study concluded that point-of-use RO treatment is an effective and EPA compliant alternative to central drinking water treatment. Please click the image to view the Case Study script.
