My Information Technology career includes roles as Technical Support Engineer, System Administrator, Programmer, Quality Assurance, Technical Writer, Curriculum Developer, and Tutorial Producer. I've supported cloud computing services for eleven years through Oracle and its acquired company RightNow. I also spent five years developing LMS-based curriculum and multimedia content on a design team with the Environmental Protection Agency.
